Please read below for frequently asked questions for users of the Shotzr app.

Shotzr is a photo sourcing platform revolutionizing the way digital marketers find and use images. We provide targeted, local, and authentic imagery designed specifically for digital use. 
With a photographer network of over 3,500 contributing photographers, our library is constantly growing and changing based on client needs, seasonality, and topical issues.
Using predictive analytics and machine learning, our technology learns the images you like and use, so we can suggest and deliver similar images from our network. 
At Shotzr, we are bridging the gap between customer and photographer, ensuring you can find and use the images you need time and time again while saving you time and money.

We offer Shotzr Engage Individuals or Teams. Engage for Individual users is just $10/month. Engage for teams is $99/month with a 30-day free trial. To learn more and see what that includes, click here.

If you created a free account, your first 3 downloads are on us! From there, you can upgrade to either of the Shotzr Engage plans, or contact us for custom pricing!

After you create an account, you will receive a verification email. Please note that this email is only valid for a short period of time, so be sure to verify your email as soon as you receive it and please check your spam!

After you have created your account, you can login here.

From the Web App, you can browse your feed, search by location or #hasthag, and download photos straight to your computer.

All of our images are licensed for use in digital marketing (e.g. social media posts, boosted or advertised social posts, websites, display ads, blog posts, and email marketing).

If you would like to use these images for projects beyond digital marketing (for example, in a print ad), please contact us for an up-license estimate.

Use the toolbar at the top of the app to search by location or #hasthag.

Click on an image to expand it. Then click the export item to download. Easy peasy!

All of the images uploaded to the app are high-quality and high-resolution.

Nope! Once you’ve downloaded an image, it is yours for all digital use. Want to use a photo in print? Just contact us and we can get you a quote!

Your feed is compiled with great images from our contributors. When you first use the app, your feed will be generated with images from near the zip code which you registered with. You can add topics or types of photos you are interested in seeing by going to “Edit Profile” and adding areas of interest by #hashtag with spaces in between (ex. #dogs #cats #food)

Your feed will begin to customize and fill with relevant images based on your activity in the app.

Our images are pre-loaded with relevant #hasthags for your convenience, that you can simply copy & paste.

Heck yes! Our network of photographers are standing by to fill requests for the types of imagery that you need.

In the Web App, click the “+” in the bottom right corner. From there select “Make a Request”. Input your request by adding applicable #hashtags, locations, and name your request.

Once you have submitted the request, you can see if your requests have been fulfilled by clicking “Requests” from the top navigation bar and click “View Responses” under “My Requests”.  If there are any images already filed under any of your requested #hashtags, you will see them here.

Our contributors get notified when our users submit requests.

Our contributors are also available for specific paid requests. If you would like to make a request and be directly connected to a photographers, please just contact us.
