Shotzr was founded in Denver in early 2017 by Frank Cardello and Mark Lemmons.
Frank’s career in technology includes executive positions in startups and large companies including Jabber, Ping Identity, Wazee Digital and Deluxe. Prior to co-founding Shotzr with Mark in 2016, Frank served as President of Deluxe Media (owned by MacAndrews and Forbes) and President/COO at Wazee Digital (sold to Shamrock Capital and Investcorp in 2011) as well as VP of Sales and Business Development at both Jabber (sold to Cisco in 2008) and Ping Identity (sold to Vista Equity Partners in 2016).
Frank graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mark’s 20+ year career in technology leadership has included a number of startups and executive roles at large companies including Quark, Creo & Deluxe. Mark joined then start-up Thought Equity in 2004 as CTO, and later joined the board of directors as the company expanded internationally and became T3Media. T3 was acquired by Shamrock Capital and Investcorp in 2011.
He later joined Deluxe Media as CTO, where he led a technology transformation effort at the world’s largest media services company. He left Deluxe in 2016 and founded Shotzr with Frank.
